Shipping Policy – VLINIX

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Standard Products:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Custom / Personalized Products:
Custom orders require additional time.

• Mockup/design preparation: 2–3 business days
• Mockup is sent for customer approval
• Production begins only after approval is received
• Once approved, production and shipping follow immediately

Please note: Production time does not begin until mockup approval is confirmed.



Shipping Carriers

We ship using reliable carriers such as:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and service availability.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.



Delivery Responsibility

Once the package has been shipped and tracking confirms delivery by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), VLINIX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If the carrier confirms delivery, the order is considered completed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct and secure.



Returns & Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.



Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package must be reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
